SECEN is the voice, champion and connector for the creative, digital and cultural sector of Greater Essex, Medway, Kent and East Sussex attracting investment to boost growth and place-based sector development.

The Creative Industries in the South East contribute approximately £4.6 billion to the region′s economy and employ over 60,000 people. Larger than the Creative Industries of Wales and similar in size to Scotland, the SECEN area is a major contributor to the national creative economy, which generates £124bn per year.

SECEN is a working partnership between creative businesses, organisations and people, local authorities, and education bodies. Anyone working within the sector in the region is welcome to join.
